What was the subject of the October plenary session of the Social Dialogue Council?
Assumptions for the National Reconstruction Plan and the debate on climate neutrality were the subject of the plenary session of the Social Dialogue Council. The meeting took place on October 22, 2020 and was conducted in a hybrid form. The meeting was attended by the Vice-President of the Council of Ministers, Minister of Development, Labor and Technology – Jarosław Gowin. Moreover, the government side at the meeting was represented by: Michał Kurtyka – Minister of Climate and Environment, Olga Semeniuk – Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Development, Labor and Technology, Zbigniew Gryglas – Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of State Assets, Sebastian Skuza – Secretary of State in the Ministry of Finance, Adam Guibourgé- Czetwertyński – Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Climate and Environment, Błażej Poboży – Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Interior and Administration. In his speech, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Development, Labor and Technology – Jarosław Gowin emphasized that “he treats his presence in the Social Dialogue Council as an honor, obligation and opportunity for the ministry – through participation and presentation of the ministry’s projects at this forum. He pointed out that these projects will gain a higher quality and we will set a good example of how to talk to each other and conduct a dialogue in an overly divided society. ” Małgorzata Jarosińska-Jedynak – Minister of Funds and Regional Policy gave a presentation on the National Reconstruction Plan. She informed about the main assumptions regarding the KPO and the actions taken. The next part of the meeting was a debate with the participation of social partners on the subject of climate neutrality.
