Employees and employers side ine the Social Dialogue Council have a right to:

• Give their opinion about Multi-Annual State Financial Plan prepared by the Council of Ministers, about draft assumptions for draft laws, draft legal acts, draft strategies, draft programs and draft other government documents regarding the planned activities of the Council of Ministers remaining within the competence of the Council,
• prepare and forward to the competent minister, for submission to the Council of Ministers, jointly agreed draft assumptions for draft laws and draft legal acts,
• request a public hearing to be held with the entity responsible for developing a draft normative act regarding matters falling within the Council’s competence,
• submit a joint question to the competent minister regarding matters within the competence of the Council.
• submit a joint application for the issue or amendment of a law or other legal act regarding matters falling within the competence of the Council,
• adopt a resolution on the request by the Chairman of the Council to the Supreme Court for a resolution of a legal issue, if discrepancies in the interpretation of law have been revealed in the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court or common courts,
• adopt a resolution on the request of the Chairman of the Council to the Sejm and Senate to enable the Sejm or Senate to present information on matters of significant importance within the jurisdiction of the Council,
• adopt a resolution on the request by the Chairman of the Council to the minister competent for public finance for a general interpretation in the event of non-uniform application of tax law provisions in specific decisions, decisions and individual interpretations issued by tax authorities in the same facts or future events and in the same legal states, in particular when issuing a general interpretation serves the purposes of the Council’s jurisdiction.
