What creates an atmosphere suitable for employees?

The workplace is not limited to organizing the right tools and the minimum conditions needed to perform certain activities. Its value is also the quality of air, smell, as well as – just like at home – created by a good host GOOD, FULL OF JOY ATMOSPHERE.

GOOD ATMOSPHERE is a set of processes designed by the host, made with care and consistency consistent with the agenda of the philosophy of the place, in the idea of a sense of security of the guests. In the „house of work” there must be a neutralizer of emotions, bad habits, boredom, a sense of powerlessness, fears and all kinds of negations. That is why you need a leader – a leader of the herd, a responsible and courageous, fantastic host. If it is not in the work environment, then each employee creates his own hostile atmosphere, without creating a common one.

Certainly, a great climate is born from the care for a smooth, constantly maintaining, appropriate for a given environment best quality. This leads to maintaining a constant, good rhythm, giving a sense of security, in which you work with lightness, creativity and attention to the quality of work. On the other hand, the culture of work, its efficiency is expressed in the selection and resources of the organization, effective work, dedication and commitment. We learn all this from each other, but the key person is the leader. It is not the obligation to work by standards under penalties and the withdrawal of privileges (or even remuneration) that should be the driving force behind professional activity. It’s all about showing people that such work makes sense; to create such a climate, thanks to which standards will become the rhythm of the day, good weather for difficulties at work, as well as the opportunity to show your best side and spread your wings.

Creating a good climate in the work environment and keeping it at the best, uncontaminated level is a feat worthy of winning a championship in the Olympic discipline. It requires studying the cases of each employee, careful and silent observation, speaking with extraordinary reverence, weighing every word.

Such an atmosphere consists of the value of all employed people and a team goal and individual goals. It is also important to provide relevant information to employees so that no one feels left out, excluded or threatened.

The leader must show the meaning of work with his attitude. You can build small teams responsible for performing selected activities, tasks, plans, but there must always be someone who will create standards of operation. In fact, efforts to achieve the best possible climate begin with the leader – if he spoils it, then the efforts of co-workers will be of no use. If, on the other hand, it creates a unique, then you will work outstandingly, creatively, in a sense of freedom.

How many times have we been to a bank, an office, a shop with a terrible atmosphere? Repeatedly. Even very expensive training does not help. You can have theoretical and practical knowledge of the work performed, but without a good leader, employees are like sleepwalkers, children left alone in the dark street of the city. This is a threat to organizations, as well as people who acquire bad habits.

Why are people afraid to work?

Because they can’t find a favorable job, that is, one with a good climate, thanks to which they would show creativity and even excellence. A leader should and must build an atmosphere on the individual values of each employee. We are not one whole, the blue background of the organization, because every employee is a different bird – everyone has wonderful wings, regardless of the nature of their professional activity. This applies to both the saleswoman in the store and an office or team employee. The leader gathers in the atmosphere of the „work house” all those features that allow you to best accomplish tasks, achieve goals and plans. Without a good leader, we focus only on doing basic activities at designated hours, after which we leave work and are happy that this is the end. A leader is an excellent psychologist, able to appreciate everyone, and above all himself. This is someone who arranges a „work house” and makes sure that professional activity takes place in great conditions. The absence of such a person is a threat in the work environment.
