How to take care of the company and the well-being of employees?

These conclusions result from research conducted by PSH Lewiatan in September 2023, carried out in cooperation with SW Research as part of the „Born Entrepreneurs” initiative.

The approach to work and expectations towards employers are changing radically today. It is worth taking a closer look at these changes and considering how to adapt the company’s operations to the latest trends – we are dealing with a global change.

Work-life balance is a healthy balance between private and professional life. The generational change in the labor market dominated by millennials and Generation Z means a radical reevaluation of the role of work and the employer.
