An additional activity that may be performed by occupational health and safety workers is conducting training for employees. The full scope of duties of specialists in occupational health and safety is defined in the regulation of the Council of Ministers of 2 September 1997 on the occupational health and safety service (Journal of Laws No. 109, item 704). It is also worth mentioning the skills you should have when you decide to apply for this position. One of them is the ability to work with people. This profession requires constant presence in the position and reacting to the actions of employees. You are waiting for you to meet not only the employer’s expectations, but also to make employees aware or inspections of the National Labour Inspectorate or other authorities.
