“Social dialogue – key to development”

Working together for a green, competitive and inclusive Europe

The aim of the project is to promote the principles of social dialogue among Polish employers and organizations representing employees. Unfortunately, in Poland, many employers still do not see the benefits of partner relationships between employer and employees. We want the pretended social dialogue to be replaced by a real one that will enable sustainable development, good working conditions and decent work.

As part of the project, we will present what social dialogue looks like in Norway, in which the legislator has created a framework for effective and real dialogue between representative social partners.
